The Party Committee of Tianle Community Service Center in Hefei High-tech Zone has carried out the "Star Project" to further improve the overall level of non-public party building work and service enterprises in its jurisdiction, and promote the joint interaction, integration and resonance of all kinds of subjects in urban grassroots party building work.
Light up the stars to help enterprises develop.
Consolidate organizational construction. Since the "Star Project" was launched in 2020, the Party Committee of Tianle Center, in combination with "three investigations and one search" and "tackling key problems", has actively carried out non-public party organizations. In the whole year, 32 new party branches were established and 49 non-standard party organizations were rectified, laying a solid foundation for the "two hundred percent" project of 100% coverage of party member enterprises and 100% clearing of non-standard party organizations next year.
Carry out "double-sign and double-construction". Establish a pairing guidance mechanism between the Party committee and the community’s "two committees", and use the "Digital Tianle" visual management system to collect service demand lists and service resource lists from one enterprise to another, and establish a service demand library and a service supply library to provide accurate and refined services for enterprises in the jurisdiction.

Carry out the "red band" work. Guide large-scale and influential party organizations to sign agreements on party building and joint construction with newly established or poorly motivated party organizations. At present, ten pairs of non-public enterprise party organizations have completed joint construction in the center, and they can learn, share and promote together through visiting and exchanging party building positions, learning from each other in business development, and participating in voluntary services.
Build a regional party building platform. Dig deep into the role of regional party building platforms such as "Tiantong Road Party Building Alliance" and "Social Enterprise Co-construction Council", organically integrate and make overall use of resources such as funds, venues, talents and policies, and realize regional co-construction, development and sharing. In the whole year, there were more than 10 times of government-enterprise docking, double-enterprise cooperation and enterprise group co-construction activities. "The most beautiful mother’s day", "parent-child party", "Happy meeting, fate has you" and "Star relay" have become brand activities jointly built by social enterprises.

Set an example to promote development. The Party Committee of the center insists on selecting trees every year to cultivate a number of demonstration sites for non-public party building, promoting development through party building, and promoting the overall level of non-public party building in the jurisdiction from point to area. Up to now, there are three municipal non-public enterprise party organizations, such as Guozhen Group, Lihan Technology and Huanian Education. Guozhen Group and anke biotechnology were recommended and named as provincial and municipal non-public enterprise party organizations respectively this year.
Create a red position of "Le Chuxin". Establish and improve the construction of service centers between the party and the masses at the center and community levels, innovate the party building work in the business circle market with the expansion of the fund base as a pilot, and strive to build a volunteer service house in party member, a cultural activity center for party building, and a platform for the development and exchange of business circles, so as to inject inexhaustible "red power" into the integration and development of social enterprises.
