Xiongjiawa, Chendian Township, Xinxian County, Henan Province, is a small mountain village with only 14 families, and nine wounded people were placed at one time. In the tempering process, a large number of bloody, powerful and wise generals such as Xu Haidong, Xu Shiyou and Wang Jinshan have emerged.
At the beginning of 1932, Chiang Kai-shek launched the third "encirclement and suppression" campaign against the Soviet area of Hubei, Henan and Anhui. The Red Fourth Army Department deployed the Shang-Huang campaign according to the military situation, and Xu Haidong, the founding general and then head of the 36th Regiment of the 12th Division of the Red Fourth Army, became the main target of more than 20 enemy regiments.

In the torrent of revolution, the party organizations in Dabie Mountain area and the soldiers and civilians led by them are in the forefront of the times.
During the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Dabie Mountain was one of the earliest areas in China where party member activities and party organizations were established. During the Agrarian Revolutionary War, Jute, Shangcheng and Liuhuo Uprising were organized, and one of the earliest base areas in China was founded.
