Affected by the water coming from the upper reaches of the main stream and its tributaries, the water level of Mishanqiao Station of Muling River rose rapidly at 8: 00 on the 7th, with the water level of Mishanqiao Station of Muling River being 115.90 meters, the over-warning water level being 0.20 meters, and the flow rate being 623 cubic meters per second.
According to the analysis of the current rainfall situation, it is estimated that there will be a flood peak at Mishanqiao Station of Muling River (Zhiyi Town, Mishan City) on September 8, with the flood peak level of 116.20m, the over-warning level of 0.50m, the over-guaranteed level of 0.20m, the flow rate of 840m3/s and the flood magnitude of about once every four years.
According to the news from the Hydrology and Water Resources Center of Heilongjiang Province, the monitoring results on the morning of the 7th showed that the rivers in Heilongjiang Province were generally stable. There are 14 medium-sized rivers exceeding the warning water level, 9 large reservoirs, 21 medium-sized reservoirs and 19 small reservoirs operating beyond the flood limit water level.
