  The center of Typhoon KOINU (super typhoon level) No.14 this year is located at 5 o’clock in the afternoon today (3rd) in the northwest Pacific Ocean about 420km east of Guluanbi in Taiwan Province, China, which is 21.6 degrees north latitude and 124.9 degrees east longitude. The maximum wind force near the center is 16 (52m/s), and the minimum pressure at the center is 93500m.

  It is estimated that "Little Dog" will move northwest to north-north at a speed of about 10 kilometers per hour, and gradually approach the southern coast of Taiwan Province Island, with little change in intensity. It will land or brush the southern coast of Taiwan Province Island (strong typhoon level, 45-50 m/s, 14-15) from the night of the 4th to the morning of the 5th, and then move to the west, and the intensity will gradually weaken.
