　　Born in October 1968, Chenghai, Guangdong. At present, he is the vice president, professor, deputy director of academic committee and doctoral supervisor of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, director of China Artists Association, member of China Artists Association’s Art Education Committee, member of the Steering Committee for the Admission of Art Majors in Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education, vice chairman of Guangdong Artists Association, deputy director of the Steering Committee for the Construction of New Liberal Arts in Guangdong Province, and outstanding teacher in Nanyue, Guangdong Province. Published more than 20 professional papers in national core journals and other professional journals, and published "21st Century Artists — Cai Yonghua and many other personal art monographs. His works have participated in many Asian international art exhibitions, national art exhibitions, national print exhibitions and Guangdong art exhibitions, and have held exhibitions and lectures in key art galleries all over the country.
